Just be careful buying on line. If you are really in for a bargain...got get your feet assessed, get fitted, then look around. Any running shop that works from integrity will understand and advise you regardless. Everyone wants a bargain. Speak to them...they may even cut you a deal. Good example is if you've been in the Asics 2100 and think you'll pick up a bargain 2110, think again. Asics changed the shoe, split the midsole resulting in a slightly less supportive version of the 2100. They corrected it in the 2120...which supports like the old 2100. Buyer beware. Just ask the sales associate for advice. Be honest, they may even have something in the back of the shop to suit your budget and you can always run around in it, try it and if it's rubbish...take it back in reasonable time...a good shop will honor their sales. Also some are flogged off cheaplyas they are preempting the latest model hitting the stores and want to make room for the latest and greatest technology. You know a shop run by experienced runners will sort you out vs. a high street shop full of people earning a paycheck. Good luck.

Kit

The thing to do is wait till the end of the season, then get everything in the sales cheap, just 'cos it's a differrent colour. Stick to the same shoes though - It's asking for injury otherwise.
