Great avatar, but puts me to shame. Don't think you'd ever find a picture of me running and looking so happy, more like stony concentration, though I've been known to smile on the winner's rostrum! I'll stick to my fox.

I think the fact that I'm smiling in all the photos taken by family, friends, my boss etc at points all round the course suggests that I probably could have run it a bit harder. ...but I just wanted to enjoy the experience and make sure I got round.

Maybe next year's photos will showy stony concentration coupled with a faster time, who knows?!

Entry for this race has opened online and I see there are already over 100 people entered! Think it is going to be even more popular this year.

This is going to be my main goal race for 2008 as it was my first ever race last year. This year I want to finish in under the hour (possibly not with such a silly grin on my face tho )
