I`m looking forward to this run on Sunday, havn`t run a 10k for a while.

I`ve got a local 5k cross country tonight which will be hard but fun.

An easy 5/6 miles on Thursday and hopefully fit and well for Sunday morning.

I think my wife and Son are coming to support me for this one because it`s not far from home and there will be other things going on in the village.

Good luck all on Sunday. I'll be looking out for those runners forum tops. Although a severe lack of training and a good soaking of vino on holiday might prove a problem. So can you all wear your forum tops back to front so that I can see you in front of me?

For anybody who might want to say hello on Sunday. I am No.116.

I will be wearing a light blue top, navy shorts and red /white Brooks shoes.

Blonde hair and wearing my specs.

Hoping to finish in around 50/51 minutes.(The three of you who are running should all finish before me.........)

This information can also be used to avoid me of course.................................

Depending on the weather I will wear my forum t-shirt, if not don't know yet and i can't remember my number, but will definitely look out for you Dave as I thought I saw you at the Brentwood 1/2, this time will pluck up the courage to ask...

I hope to finish around the same time as you if I am lucky.

Best of Luck to all

TT
