Hi All,

I've just run my first timed (competitive) 10k, which was the Great East Anglis Run 10k in King's Lynn this morning. Broke the hour mark for the first time, finishing in 56 mins 38 secs. Anyone else do well in this run??

I know it's been a while since your post. I'm from the Kings lynn area and would be keen to participate in my first event. If you know of any 5/10k events I would appreciate a post.

Hi Geoff,
I also took part in GEAR yesterday, my first ever race, I've only been running for 10 weeks, I also beat my personal best coming in at 1hour 18 seconds. Can't wait to take part in lots more and join a running group so as to improve.
