Heres what i made for meal#3:

Chicken breast w/chinese five spice
Lettuce
WW pasta
Sweet chili sauce

followed by:
250g cottage cheese w/pineapple, apricot and nuts(walnut,almond,cashew,brazil+pumpkin seeds)
