What's the plan for the relay teams in this triathlon? How does it work?

Hi, for the relay team, you can have either two or three people competing, one does the first run, the next does the biking, then the third does the second run, or if only two of you, then the runner does the last leg again! The runner simply tags the biker when he runs into transition, and vice versa at the end. It gives those who like biking to team up and compete in their own category! Hope this helps.
