I ran 10miles in 91mins 39 seconds which means I was spot on the 2 hour 1/2 marathon pace!!
Im not sure if I will manage it on a race day but you never know. If I kept the pace going I would have completed the 13.1 miles right on the 2 hours. Very pleased with myself and not feeling to bad for doing it either, which is even better.
I think I would have felt better if I had taken water to the gym with me (stupidly forgot!), one good thing was the gym was quite warm so it prepares me for running in slightly warmer weather.
I just hope my Garmin will have a strong enough signal to keep my pace correct in 2 weeks time for my next half marathon.
I would like to thank everyone for helping me keep up the pace, when I hit an hour I didnt feel tired but very bored of running on the mill but the thought of coming online tonight to post and say I did it kept me going

Its amazing what your body will allow you do to!
I think I will buy some proper running socks before the 1/2 marathon though, the socks I wore today are usually fine for my normal pace but they became a tad sweaty and I now have a couple of small blisters, but their not bad, I will be back out on the paths tomorrow for my 1/2 hour run in the morning
