Hi all
My breakfast consists of porridge, glass of black grape juice and a Yakult.
Have to admit I do put a tablespoon of sugar in my porridge

Tried it with honey was was not too keen on that. I do love honey but for some reason not in porridge. Maybe try it with a banana next time but I usually keep the banana for a mid morning snack.
On the mornings I don't feel like porridge I usually have two slices of toast (the half white/half brown stuff) and peanut butter.
It's the Scot's Porridge Oats that I use but make in the microwave with milk.
