Thanks for all the support folks.
I am aware that the weightloss will slow although if I keep the calories in down it should be steady. Even so the additional running should mean that I keep toning up and since I am 6' 2" I can carry some extra weight for a bit.
Biggest reason for the rapid start is I am not drinking as much either.
