Sick of my feet, been told today shoes I ordered 3 weeks ago will not be arriving. Looks like I've had it.

When I first started running, I had all kinds of twists and sprains.

I got a GAIT test done, and yes I was over pronating. Bought a pair of Mizuno Wave Alchemy 6 shoes for about £80 from Birmingham Runner (great shop by the way!)

Few months ago when they were knackered, I bought another pair.
Next model up Mizuno Wave Alchemy 7

Mmmm shoe porn.
