I'm running my first 5k on Saturday and have got it onto my head that I want to do it in under 20 min, do you guys think this is possible?
I've only been running proper for about 2 months, I did a 5k time trial on 5th March and did it in 21:30. Did it again today and managed to get it down to 20:33.
Am I likely to run faster with other people and break the 20min or am I asking too much of myself? I know I should take it easy for my first run but I'm too competitive and stubborn for that!
