aye Sweaty B... indeed, the fastest time of the day was 17:16, and that's not for off as quick as you're going to see anywhere in the UK. Some very speedy men!

Best of luck for your team Dan - is your lot hoping to get through to the nationals?

Thanks as always for the kind words people... starting to make me wonder about Castle Combe now - I need to maintain the same pace for 4.2k longer... which seems impossible, but castle combe will be flat as a pancake. Speedwork tomorrow!
