Story so far..

I have been running for 2 months now, so I still very much an amateur!

I have started to record my story on my blog as a lead up to my first 10k in Feb and my first 1/2 Marathon in March..

Take a look, and if you have your own please post the address so I can check it out.

Cheers

I see that you have sensibly given yourself a good base of 3-5 mile runs over the last couple of months. This should give you a springboard to progress to the 1/2m in March without too many problems provided you stick with the 10% rule.

Running with a local club should help too.

All the best.
