after i run

i get a stomach pain feels like traped wind, the pain goes away after about 5 mins.


also when i run and then stop i chest feels tight and sometimes cough. i smoke

Not being sarcastic at all, I use to smoke upto a year or so ago myself and whilst I was starting to run I was still on the weed, whenever I stopped after a run my chest was as tight as you like and then a really *chesty* cough.

I have now stopped and these symptons are longer with me.

Have no idea exactly what might be causes it, but I can only say that when I stopped things improved.

Without sounding crude you could be jigging yourself up, and getting the sensation of trapped wind/lower abdominal pains. Check you are not eating fibrous foods or drinking carbonated drinks too soon before running.
