Thanks for asking GoSlow.

The rain wasn`t as bad as expected so not too much mud I`m glad to say.

Was really pleased to clock a PB of 24:09. (3 Seconds quicker than Good Fridays race).

I`ve got another X-Country 5k on a different course next Tuesday.I`m hoping it`s not quite so hilly.
