I have been doing a run/walk Mond,Wednesday and Friday for 2 weeks now. On my rest days I ache I limp about and its annoying. So I decided to try a cold bath on monday morning after my run. Well I tried ice clod srait out the tap and I couldn't do it I steped in and out again. So i took the edge off it with some hot it was unpleasant but bearable. Oh and if it has only gone and worked :/ so no more aches but now I have to look forward to a cold bath after every run
