Smile Still a beginner!

On 17 November I posted a comment saying I'd done my first non-stop run (2.7km). Today, I've passed the 300km mark, since starting running in September
Of course, I'm still very much a beginner - probably always will be. But I do feel a certain amount of satisfaction with myself (that's an understatement by the way! I'm actually jumping up and down with glee!)

Pam, that is certainly a massive achievement!

It's so important to stop sometimes and look how far we've come - especially through those cold snowy winter months!

Well done - you've officially left the beginners' club!

Thanks Guys. I think I need to do a race before I can stop being a beginner - I've got one planned for May but can't put it on here till I've entered and entries aren't open yet!

a race doesn't make you a runner, it's the training and effort you put in week in week out, Pam 100% you are a runner, whatever anyones pace it doesn't matter it is all relative!!

How many people just said you are no longer a beginner.... it's true you just need to believe it.
