Thanks Guys for the advice
ok when sat and chilled my HR is 91. hmmm
I am a well controlled diabetic bloods run between 4.5 and 6 so thats good, i tend to throw the odd hypo but i always have something with me
Hmmmm shoes were from a shop in Banbury cant remember the name of it it was a sport shop. i have never had trainers like it they are so comfortable to run in, my feet dont hurt at all, and they never rubbed or rub... its just the my leg really aches when i'm near 3 mile. I feel fine when i am running, i dont feel dizzy and not totally out of breath thats how i feel i can do more but just recently the leg has been hurting etc all very strange as the muscles feel fine a while after.
I think i will tackle the outdoors just that i am a little paranoid in going out and everyone seeing me lol also worried incase i trip or something, sounds terrible huh but i know it could be better for me
I have started the fitness regime because i had a baby 14 months ago and since then i had nothing but trouble with my health ( long Story but will cut short) i nearly died 9 days after having him and then had a bleed in the eye, have had 8 ops on eye to recover sight. so since then i wanted to look after myself more and had the all clear from doc etc to exercise again, i use to run a few years ago etc. so hence why i want to get fit and stay fit. I want to be able to do the odd charity run etc
Cheers Guys
