Well done!!! Don't worry about speed at the moment that will come. I am no fast but I know if I went faster and then couldnt complete the podcast it would dishearten me. so i am focused on doing a slower but even pace and so far so good.

I am out on Saturday as due to my work hours the last couple days I havent got out but have been to gym.
