Cool Question - 3K Family Fun Run on Sunday 23 March 2008

Hi

I have just been looking at the Race section and noticed there is a race in Ulverston, Cumbria on the 23rd March

I was thinking of entering the 3K Family Fun Run, but seeing as I have justed started (literally today) is 7 weeks away a bit ambitious to be trying this?

I think it would give me a goal to aim for and if I done well it would give me a boost.

What do you think??

Enter it and do what you can with your training! You should be fine, but worst case scenario you can run some and walk the rest

Smile Cheers - you have inspired me to do it!!

Hi

Thanks for all your comments.

I really would like to give it a go. I will now have to sort out the logistics of it, as I don't drive !!

I might make a weekend of it and stay over there on from Friday or Saturday night, rather than trying to get down there on the Sunday morning first thing.

Cheers

The Minx
