Smile Pace Advice

Helllooo

I'm after a bit more advice (AGAIN)

I am using a Nike + with my ipod and have just sync'd it up and I noticed my pace for my
outside run was slower than when on the treadmill.

Runs on treadmill: 17. something
Run outside: 14.something

Its this to be expected? Obviously the treadmill keeps you going at whatever pace you have set it to, so would this explain it?

Should I be worrying about pace at this early stage?

Cheers

The Minx

0.00 miles this week
292.10 miles this year
Agree with 'P' - just carry on doing what your doing and the pace will gradually build up by itself.

Er... I'm not actually from the North-East (Technically)... But I've lived here for over 17 years, so I've now qualified for Geordie "citizenship"... an honorary Geordie?
