Do any of you use Runkeeper for your C25K workouts?
I was wondering how accurate you think it is, compared to a heart rate monitor etc?
I ran (jogged!) 3.7km today for W5D1 (3x5mins jogging, 2x3mins walking) and it said I'd burned 292 calories. Seems perhaps a little optimistic to me.
Do you think this is accurate? I'm about 160lb.
