Ouch, Yorkie!

I got about 4 hours last night, and thought that was bad... Oh well, guaranteed to sleep well tonight!

Perhaps you'd sleep better if you weren't sat in front of a computer all night?
I think that by adding posts you're keeping your mind active/awake, instead of letting it "shut down". (Maybe?)

Frequent night waking on a regular basis is linked to stress and anxiety.

Do you think this could be the case?

I'd not been sleeping too well lately, last night I opened the window, the room temperature dropped slightly and I had a fantastic nights sleep :D

I also find I really struggle to wind down and sleep if I come straight off the computer as my mind is racing with thoughts and ideas... try and take 30mins to properly wind down before aiming for sleep. I also find some of the relaxing tea's really help too! (Camomile or there's a really nice Night-time tea by Clipper ) Lately I've even tuned into classic FM whilst on the computer to help me relax (and it's worked!)

Reading in bed for at least 10 minutes helps me drop off to sleep and not having the room too hot either. If you have a partner that can always help....if you know what I mean?!

I know I wasn't doing myself any favours by turning the laptop on and off and on and off but I was going insane I'd lay for a while but I just felt so wide awake, but yeah I think It wasn't the best thing to send me off to sleep.

Unfortunately no one to help me in that department at the moment
And I usually find when I start reading before bed I don't want to put the book down.......I'll just have to try with a really boring book

And also invest in some of that Night-time tea and washed down with a dose of Classic FM

no, just Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays. But I only have this Friday and the three days next week left in this job

Then I get a whole extra hour! I can lie in til 5.30, but that's 4 days a week.

I think I still gain though
