Completed first run, but looked like Borat
Well you'll be pleased to know I have completed my first come back run.

3 miles in 28 minutes

Its a bit far off the 18 minutes I used to shift around in but hey ho. The legs felt ok, didnt walk any bits and it went well.

The only downside was that wifey commented on the fact I looked like Borat in my kit.

Isnt retro the new cool?
