Two Firsts!
So, since graduating from C25K in January I have been gradually building up the distance on my Sunday run.
Last week I managed 10k for the first time, and yesterday's run was two firsts: first 7 miler and first run where I burned over 1,000 calories.
Very, very pleased with myself
