I have just begun my second week of running be it very slowly. I started doing intervals of mainly walking as there are quite a few hills on my route!!! My running has improved and I now mainly run the whole route 3.4 k ( ok its not great but I hope to increase the distance) Today for the first time I ran up one of the main hills.....hooray!!!! Feeling very proud and it's made me want to carry on andd eventually run that bit further.
