Nice start to the week

Running in the shower, Dimple? Trying to kill two birds with one stone, eh? Get your run in and shower at the same time. Nice one!

Even if its 100 degrees outside I would never have a cold shower! it has to be warm or hot for me!

I tend to have a fairly warm shower and then whilst waiting for my conditioner to sink in ( ) I alternate between hot and cold on my thighs and calves. I find this works great for me. Since doing it I've had no stiffness the morning after!
The cold can be awful at first but after a while you get used to it!
