Oh cheers mate! Im breezing the 1.5 mile now! I have a couple questions if you don't mind.
Do you get to wear your own trainers during the run?
I can't find how many pull ups, sit ups and press ups are required to pass selection, I am fairly confident I meet the requirements but I want to be sure. And with the sit ups and press ups, do you have to do both in 2 minutes or is it 2 minutes for each exercise?
And are all recruiting officers as scary and intimidating as the short blonde ex-para at Aldershot?
