My thought was... it would be good to come back from a run, and jump into a bin/water butt full of ice cold water, and then jump out and get inside and into the shower. That way I don't have to wait 5mins for the bath to fill up - I don't waste tonnes of water, and I can also stand vertically so I can make sure my legs get the ice cold treatment but without having to submerge my privates. |

You guys are crazy! Is the actual running not punishing enough, without a prospect of a freezing cold bath at the end of it? At the moment, the idea of a HOT bath/shower is the only thing that keeps me going!
