I was struggling to keep up with the one guy (Martin) aye... left the other two for dead though. Surprisingly, football this afternoon seemed easy? usually 5-a-side has me keeling over and gasping for air!

A bit ikky, but...

...the less fastidious among you might like to try this!

All joking aside, I share Richard's concerns about wasting water, and as I knew I was going for a run today, I asked OH not to let the water out after his bath last night. So when I returned, all heavy-legged after my first run in a week, I was able to jump into OH's cold, day-old bath water and it seems to have done the trick!

Have you tried any recovery reducing suplements? I used one from MaxiMuscle for a big and it seemed to work quite well.
