for the last couple of months.my total time is about 1 to 2 hrs per week.
this is my current plan:

sunday 20 mins.
i run mostly on the road, forestry roads.
i do get 'tired'/sore some weeks more than others.

What are your targets Andy? Did you have a race in mind or are you just training to keep fit?

PS. Welcome to the forum!

In that case I think 3 times a week is fine. Physically is is possible to do more but it would depend on how much time you have or if you're happy with your current schedule.
