Smile Pace

Hi everyone

I now have ran in the great outdoors for the 5th time and am stopping counting!!!! I did a long run for 50 minutes yesterday it was great... I just kept going.. the only thing was I ran too far and had to phone my husband to come and get me..ha ha... can someone please tell me how to work out pace/time etc...

You could use a sports watch !
Or, if you have a ' ipod nano ', get yourself a nike+ sports kit they are very good and at £19.99 good value too. Takea look at www.nikeplus.com

Don't buy the shoes, unless you need new ones. ( or want to ) The sensor can be secured under the laces of your own shoes.

Map out your run, time/distance before you go. Or just phone your husband again !!!!
