Hi Nellie......if I can do it anyone can! When a friend 'told' me I had to run a 5k with her a couple of months back, I said 'no way, I can't do that'.
Your 5k time was the same as mine, I'm sure you would be fine.
I was really pleased, I met lots of great people who seemed 'similar' to myself, doing it for the first time.

Go for it girl, it's a real buzz! I walked for a minute here and there, same as a few others, and still made good time.
