Really tired from work but had to do something - it is a good stress relaease...just did and easy run - quite late at night...still feel tired from amrathon - healing blisters!!!! But did it and tenacity is important

Was tired - under the weather but I have to run - even if for 20 minutes a day...it became suddenly very windy - to the point I couldn't move...it's true - recently in Tokyo this kind of condition is normal esepcially near the bay area. It's only 12 days since the marathon - need to break in easy. Am eating LOADS of tofu and beans for protien
