Well here I am day 2 of my getting fit to be able to run 10K.
Im starting to think I must be insane signing up for a 10K run.
Went out tonight doing my 5 min warm up walk then repetitions of 60 secs jogging 90 secs walking.
Absolute knackered, Im red hot my chest hurts, my legs hurt my bum hurts everything on me hurts.
People say that jogging is fun and really at this moment in time I cant see that, I am well aware that the ends justify the means and I am aware that I will someday like it.
I am having a rest day tomorrow, and back to it sunday
But I aint giving up
