Well have suffered terribly with back pain and this wasnt good. So I rested thur fri sat sun

Went running today in the gym at work and my god it was agony, Ive been told by my work doctor that this should go away once my back gets used to running, so heres hoping

It was good to be running again

Went out for a jog this evening.
My hip is moaning a bit but Im sure this will wear off.

I did my 60 secs running and 90 secs walking as this is the final day of week 1. Was able to jog the 60 secs, I wouldnt say easily but I felt ok, so half way through the session I upped my Jogging to 90 secs of Jogging. This felt better, it was harder but only as hard as when I first started so Im pleased

Well this morning at 10am I took the opportunity of a 1.5 mile walk, but this site doesnt have walking so Ive added it as a jog but it was a walk

My colleague backed out today through ill health so I went into the gym at work and did 60 secs of running and 60 secs of walking on the treadmill.

Although didnt get out, I enjoyed it which is the main thing me thinks

Today was good
went out with a colleague and went running round Bedford park.

Did a mixture again of jogging, walking for 1 minute on off at a time.

Am so pleased with me self and I am going out again tomorrow.
