Had hoped my calf was better - but it went 3.5 miles into this run - demoralising

How I Felt

Running - Recovery Run
Avg - 158 bpm
Avg pace - 7:10
Went out - taking it easy to see if my calf was ok. Was fine when things were all flat - but near end of run had a small incline and then a big hill and started to feel it. As a result I left out the large hill up to my house for fear of aggrivating the calf - not due to laziness - honest!
