Was looking to head away from the promenade round the lake and go a bit further afield - but so I wouldn't get lost last night I thought I'd take a walk up the route I was thinking about with the satnav in my pocket.
Anyway - that part worked a treat, the only problem was I didn't head out until a bit later on last night and ended up walking 10 miles and got back at 10pm.
I'm no expert - but I think that may have been a contributing factor as to why my legs felt tired on this mornings run
