after intermittant training on the lead up to my 10K, and after deciding to sign up for the Edinburgh marathon - i took a 2 week break before embarking on my marathon training.

I dunno if it my general fitness was worsened prior to tge break through the intermittent training - but either way it was a real struggle today!

Am not overly concerned as all going well i will be doing more runnung than i ever had - so should see some positive benefits as a rsult
