I rather stupidly paced out a couple of 7 minute miles on the way back as I felt good. Rubbed my left big toe raw...clot. Good warm down and shower. Intend to take a leisurely 1500 m in the pool later

Great. Must try to avoid routes used by the Bedford pavement crackers. I'll crack pavements on my own. At least for now. May get a dog running harnes. Get Riley checked out at the vet first though
