How I Felt Injured Weather Freezing

Thought I would go out and attempt 5 miles, but my foot started niggling again so decided to leave it at 3, its annoying as was feeling like I had lots of energy and could of run much further but my foot wouldn't allow it rest for me now for a few days

First Cross Country race with club (Thames Valley x country league) - a flat course along the River Thames and across adjacent fields but extremely muddy and very hard work in places as the mud made your feet feel like they had weights on them! considering this pretty pleased with time. Average Pace 9:49min/mile

Ran up towards three tuns junction didn't have time to go any further as had to go to work! Really happy as ran in a very good time for me with Average pace 9:35min/miles
