Tempo run for me today tried to keep the pace under 10.00min/mile to get more used to running in the 9's. Calfs felt abit tight at the start after yesterdays long run but eased off quickly, niggle in thigh there slightly but seems to be getting better Average pace was 9:48min/mile

Very happy as completed a mile in 8:58min and thats including the recovery

Tadley XC - A demanding course with Hills, thick mud, ditches filled with water, a lovely scenic run through woods and across fields. The toughest part being running up a gradual long hill through mud at the side of the field with wet feet as had just run through water, my legs felt like they had weights tied to the bottom of them I was so exhausted but managed to overcome it relatively quickly. We even managed a sprint finish which is a good sign Average Pace 10:38min/mile
