Turbo X Surrey Hill - Great event really hilly & extremely steep in places & bogs up to your waist and deeper in places, struggled a bit around mile 3 where most of the steep hills were but soon got past that and really enjoyed it, it was great. And around 40 mins quicker than Bordon in November

Shinfield 10K - Went out today to try to beat my PB of 59:15 had aimed to finish within 58 mins. also this time last year ran at Woodley 10K in 1:06 - the wind was pretty strong, the course was down country lanes and across fields with a few inclines to run up. Felt good all the way round and managed to stay with a group from my club. Smashed my PB today, im so happy Average pace 9:09min/mile
