Used the TM HRM prog keeps you at 70-73% felt really slow but had originally intended doing a second session today. Looke at week and decided that the make up of weeks for all Nov and most Dec would be 2 2session days 1 session day 2 2 session days then 2 1 session days but increasing in time/distance/intensity. No scientific basis just trying to break myself back gently!!
