my first run 3 miles from home was dropped at the man of kent in rainham and ran home down breach lane only nearly got run over once. i am writing this tuesday 6th wont do that route again really ached afterwards and will hopefully go out tonight but now fed up as not been out and not reallynot enjoying running round the village and didnt feel up to the treadmill at lunch today
