Felt strong at the start. 5th, 6th and 7th were very hard with breathing difficulties. After considering stopping at 8 I went for 10.
In the last I crashed into a man't back (he hesitated going right and suddenly left) and came to a halt. Sub 30 in those conditions is a very good sign

Legs a bit heavy.
Nothing too bad and I worked well. Coming to the end of the 1min I lost concentration for a few seconds. It could have been better.

Done with Al and Fil - I pulled them all as I was doing 200m and they did 300m. Only in last Fil passed me.

I have understood one thing. After years of no proper speedwork I fear speed!!!!
I decided, after the second one, to just go for it!

Sursprised to see that I ran the 6th km in 3:51 (up and down and which involved dodging some cars and pedestrians). Felt strong.
