The goal was to see if I could run 10km barefoot (only lf 1st toe not taped)..
A problem with the right heel meant I put to much stress on the left foot and when at 9km I stopped to have a look I had two very decent blisters on the sole and one of them already open.
I stopped immediately and called it a day. I'll give it a few days to recover now.
The adductors, on the other hand, are MUCH better

Still feeling the calves but actually quite "loose" while barefoot. At all times 8 taped toes (twice changed the tape from one to another). The "something" in the right heel since Saturday hurts a bit...
Hadn't planned to run so long barefoot (nor such a long run) but got talking with AP and time flew.
8.77km barefoot - tarmac - 48:49 - Almost 6km at good pace (hilly 5km in +-25:25 after a slow start) and then easy with another runner (AP).

Easy until the 5km bf. Felt the calves, especially in the end, and will probably not run barefoot for a couple of days now.
Taped toes as yesterday. In the end 5th on lf suffered.
7km barefoot - 33:00 - mostly on cycle paths (like tennis hardcourt) - 5km (on cp) in 21:43 11:27 + 10:16 Last km in 3:58 
Out and back. First half gently uphill (more pronounced in the end), second half into the wind.
Strapped the shoes around my waist. KrSal said I should ask Santa for shoes

Back to pain It hurt all the way. A bit better while running barefoot (knee pain gone and adductors better).
After a slow start in the barefoot section, aimed for sub 5:00 and got 4:59 Easy from there because of blisters on (3rd) toes.
2.1km barefoot - tarmac - 11:16 (1km - 4:59 after a very slow first 200m, 1mi - 8:37 easy because of toes)

Very sore left adductors. Stopped to stretch with less than 1km and felt slightly better.
Much better for the first few minutes after the barefoot running.
1km barefoot on tarmac in PBV. Just took the shoes off and as soon as one foot touched the ground I felt better (in my heart). Took it really easy. Right foot's 2nd, 3rd and 4th toes on blister-warning all the way but not painful.
