I feel like I'm doing a lot better lately, I've cut the walking intervals right down and increased the running intervals.

At this rate there'll be no walking at all soon

Ran down by the river today.
Tried a different route towards Barnes this time and found that the park beside Barnes bridge is perfect for running on, hopefully this will help my knees.
