My main declared goal when I started running again after the death of my father in Feb 2010 was to run 10K under 1 hour - achieved this morning. I knew I'd speeded up a lot over the last 6 months and the recent increase in mileage amd occasional interval sessions has helped too, but I never imagined going from my last PB of 1:07:16 down to 59:28! I'm at my desk feeling kinda tired and (weirdly) quite emotional as I write this.
