First attempt at the Monikie 10K. A mixture of road, grass and trail. A very tough run on a very windy day. Very pleased to average under 9 minute miles for the 10K. Excellent event - very well organised. Will definitely be back next year and will hope to beat today's time on a less windy day, hopefully!
